What To Gather Before Your Appointment:

Bring or obtain:

  • Most recent hearing test (audiogram)

  • CT scan report (if chronic ear disease)

  • MRI report (if tumor/hearing asymmetry)

  • Prior operative reports

  • List of previous ear surgeries

  • Insurance referral (if required)

Having these available before your appointment can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of your visit.
